Vines & Climbers
Citrus Trees
Grow a taste of the tropics with citrus trees. Attractive and productive, citrus trees grow in warm climates, often zones 9-10, and in full sun. Some citrus trees can also be grown in patio pots and containers and brought indoors during the winter months. When growing lemon trees, lime trees, orange trees and other citrus trees in containers, select dwarf citrus trees for sale or other citrus varieties that are suitable for container gardening. Next, select a container that is large enough to accommodate the citrus tree's roots. Also make sure the container provides good drainage. During the summer, most gardeners sit citrus trees outdoors on sunny patios and decks where bees can pollinate the blossoms.
