They'll keep for weeks. Just plant one eye per hill.Kennebec is a big, smooth, white potato with shallow eyes. It's a very good cooking potato and an excellent keeper. This mid-season producer is resistant to late blight that has proven so troublesome to other varieties.We ship whole seed potatoes. Each potato can make approximately 5 seed sets when cut. 100 eyes will plant 100 hills.
