The Yukon Gold Potatoes are top quality CERTIFIED SEED POTATOES They have just the right amount of flesh to insure fast germination. Plant when received, or store in a cool, dry place until you are ready to plant. They'll keep for weeks. Just plant one eye per hill. Yukon gold is a yellow skinned potato with flesh so yellow it looks like it was dipped in butter. Upright, early producer, virus resistant plants. This spud is excellent for eating!We ship whole seed potatoes. Each potato can make approximately 5 seed sets when cut. 100 eyes will plant 100 hills.
